Angela is the Director of Programmes & Partnership, having joined All We Can / Y Care International in 2014. She has over twenty-six years’ experience in international development, NGO training, capacity development and organisation development practice. Angela began her career in Malawi working in disaster management, policy analysis and advocacy, and then in organisational development before migrating to the UK in 1999. She worked in senior roles with two other International NGOs in the UK before joining All We Can. Angela is involved in various ministries at her church in Welling and lives in Romford, Essex.
Steve joined All We Can in July 2019 and leads the Public Engagement Team. Steve has a wealth of experience in fundraising, communications, copywriting, events management and within the international development sector. Steve is married to Ruth and they have four children.
Jaipreet is the Head of Philanthropy and Individual Relationships. She joined the organisation in 2018 as she was looking for an organisation that is steering away from traditional models of global development. She has been working in the charity sector for 10 years now, after finishing her master’s in international politics. Jaipreet want-ed to work in a sector where she could make a difference and challenge the status quo for people most impacted by injustice and inequality.
Peter has a MSc in Disaster Management and Sustainable Development and has been working for All We Can / Y Care International since 2018. He is passionate about supporting people, communities and organisations realise their potential. Peter’s role involves supporting community-led transformation using a Disaster Risk Reduction (risk-informed) approach to local development, coordinating response to international emergencies, and maintain-ing oversight of the Grants Portfolio. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor pursuits, reading, playing the drums and spending time with family.
For two decades, Rehana has worked for and with communities, NGOs (including the Aga Khan Foundation) and governments (including the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) in Africa, Asia and the UK to tackle poverty, unemployment and injustice. She is honoured to have been a part of the YMCA family since 2010, working with Y Care International and partner YMCAs to foster partnerships, programmes and policies which enable young people to fulfil their potential. She is passionate about inclusion, delighted to have joined All We Can and very much looks forward to sharing and learning with all partners in Malawi.
Maela is Senior Partnership Manager at All We Can / Y Care International, supporting long-term development partners in Liberia and Sierra Leone as well as partners focusing on responding to protracted crises in Jordan and Bangladesh. Passionate and dedicated, she has strong experience in working with refugees and host communities in the Middle East.
Cameron is the Resource Writing and Editing Officer for All We Can and Y Care International. He is a huge sports fan from the North East of England and loves communicating the impact of partners’ work to supporters in the UK.
Vince is the Head of Operations & Resources. He has always wanted to work in organisations that make a differ-ence. Vince joined All We Can / Y Care International in April 2022 following a 15-year charity banking career. He loves to solve problems with technology and continually improve systems, processes and his own knowledge. He is excited to drive positive change to improve the internal efficiency of organisations.
Veronica (aka ‘Vee’) is a self-proclaimed Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) nerd. She began her career in South Africa at the country’s largest strategic impact litigation NGO, subsequently leading MEL on a range of smallholder Agri-Supply chain programmes across the SADC region for the Solidaridad Network. After moving to London in 2019 with her husband and two dogs, Veronica joined All We Can / Y Care International; drawn to the organisation’s partnership approach. Veronica recently became a mum and serves as a Trustee on the Board for UK-based NGO, Journey to Justice.
Richard is Head of Partner Support & Development. Having worked for 20+ years in Eastern Africa facilitating communities to drive their own development, Richard was thrilled to find All We Can following the same ap-proach, and to join the team in 2019. As a student of life who grew up on the land, Richard has a passion for seeing people discover and grow, as well as for farming that harnesses and enhances nature. His role mainly in-volves enabling capacity development for All We Can / Y Care International’s partners – their competence, confi-dence and commitment.

I help the communications team by managing website updates and content, producing email communications, and managing social media and digital advertising. I also oversee publicity for our fundraising campaigns. I really en-joy providing the other teams with digital marketing support and my role allows me to meet many new people. Outside of my work, I enjoy music, the arts and heritage. I perform as a classical singer around London and the wider UK.”
Marlene Spencer is a serial volunteer and has for several years participated in various community-based activities for children and women, including nearly 20 years as a Hospice bereavement visitor. Some of this work contin-ues today and includes 1-2-1 support and befriending activities. She has previously facilitated sessions for prac-titioners working with disabled children and adults; using her experience, relevant academic study and her per-spective as a reflect parent of a learning-disabled child and is author of He’s Not Drowning He’s Waving.
With over 19 years of experience, Ayele Ashagre has worked for national and international NGOs including Brit-ish Council and Voluntary Service Overseas. Since 2018, he has been working as All We Can / Y Care Interna-tional’s Country Coordinator in Ethiopia. He has extensive experience in the areas of organisational capacity de-velopment, programme management, MEL, strategic planning and management and resource mobilization. Ayele has a MA in Educational planning and management, BA in administration and attended different training on PCM, SPM, OD, M&E, safeguarding among others.

Abebe Tizazu is a project coordinator at HPD-O and has job experience of more than ten years at HPDO and other government organizations
Having lost his sight at 5 years because of meningitis that affected several children in the area, Dr Abebe joined Addis Ababa University for First Degree in History. After serving for 15 years at Asella as a teacher, he pursued his Master’s degree in Special Needs Education. After completing his post graduate studies, he joined Help for Persons with Disabilities Organization (HPDO), to serve as Executive Director. Dr Abebe is the first African visu-ally impaired candidate to hold a PhD from Jyvaskyla University in Finland, conducting breakthrough research that reinforces transformation in the education sector. Presently, Abebe teaches in Addis Ababa University, De-partment of Special Needs and Inclusive Education as a lecturer/assistant professor on part time basis alongside his job as Executive Director of HPDO.
Isayias is ADHENO’s project coordinator. He has a Bachelor of Education in Geography and Economics from Baher dar University. He also has a Diploma in Natural Resource Management from Alage Agricultural TVET Col-lege, and nearly four years of experience working in two government Agriculture development offices. Isayias has worked for ADHENO for the last 15 years, coordinating more than 17 projects, and serving as the forest and natural resource expert.
Yonathan holds Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration and Master of Arts in Social Sector Planning and Management. He worked with Save the Children USA, as Curriculum Development Specialist and later as Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation Officer. Yonathan then joined Fredskorpset as Africa Regional Program Officer working extensively in eastern and southern Africa. Currently Yonathan serves as the Executive Director of ADHENO.
Tesfaye is the General Manager of Alem Birhan Self Help Community Based Development Association (AB-SHCBDA). He was born in the Amhara Region, of Ethiopia and has three children. Tesfaye has a BSc Degree in Natural Resource Management from Bihar Dar University and is currently pursuing his second degree in Integrat-ed Watershed Management at Debre Markose University.
For over 16 years, Abiye has been working as a development facilitator for various kebeles (municipalities). He has years of experience as a development facilitator in the government and NGO sector. Abiye holds a BA de-gree from the Saint Mary University, as well as a Diploma in Animal Science, and is skilled in rural development and agricultural extension.
Abdurahman is a Founder and Executive Director of AHRRA. He also serves as a chairperson for two organizations, Amhara Regional Network and the National Network.

Tsikiniaina was born in Antananarivo to a family of four children. After graduating from the University of Antana-narivo, he began working as an Assistant Logistics Manager for a fuel products transport company, after which he was appointed as Administrative and Financial Manager at YMCA Madagascar. Following seven years of service in this role, he was appointed National General Secretary of YMCA Madagascar in 2019.
With more than ten years experience in programme management and design, Heriniaina has served as Pro-grammes Executive Officer for YMCA Madagascar since 2018. Having a master’s degree in political sciences, he started his journey at YMCA as a volunteer in 2008. Having gained exposure through different international leadership positions, he is a graduated change agent for the world alliance of YMCA and now working as a master trainer for the Africa Alliance of YMCAs.
Tom is a Country Coordinator for Sierra Leone, with a strong background in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. He has a passion to learn and transform the lives of people in deprived communities.

Joseph is a Program Manager for YMCA Sierra Leone with over 8 years experience in program planning and de-velopment. He is a graduate from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone where he obtained a BA Hons degree in History & Sociology. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration & Management from Njala University, Sierra Leone. He is also a continuing master’s student in Development Studies from the same univer-sity. He has a strong passion for development work as a career pathway, with the desire to impact the world of young people,including young women and girls, for a positive change.
Brima has 15 years experience in the field of development and rights-based advocacy. He has vast experience in program design, execution and result-based monitoring, supervision and learning. Brima has strong facilitation skills and is a strategic thinker towards the design of an organization strategy. He can multitask, adapt to different situations and facilitate team building. Brima has the ability to work with local communities and structures in building their capacity to advocate for improved social service delivery, and a just society where human rights are enjoyed by all. He can also work in emergency settings, thereby supporting affected communities to rebuild, heal up and transit to normalcy. Brima is passionate about working with marginalized and destitute groups including women, children and young people in rural and peri-urban settlement. He can also facilitate community engage-ment, and dialogues sessions with the aim of promoting peaceful co-existence and peace building generally.
Abdulai is Sierra Leonean by nationality, married with children and is the founder and Executive Director of Pikin-To-Pikin Movement. He is a trained and qualified Social Worker and Development Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in development programmes. He has extensive experience delivering programmes to im-prove the lives of community people, especially women and children at policy and operational levels.
Augusta is Sierra Leonean by nationality. She is a trained and qualified Accountant and Administrator. Augusta has the requisite skill and experience in establishing and maintaining accurate financial records and brings exten-sive experience applying administrative and accounting knowledge, principles and practice. She aims to position herself as an outstanding contributor to growth and development, whilst seeking opportunities for progression.
Francis’ parents were Muslims and he grew up in a polygamous family setting. His early education at a Catholic Primary School led him to become a Christian. He is a widower living with his adult children and grandchildren. Francis is a science graduate with professional teaching qualifications. He became a Community Development Worker in 2004. Since then, he has worked with different organizations in various capacities. He has developed good planning and organizational skills and he is confident working independently or as part of a team. He is able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.

Luvy is a native of Japalpur, India and currently serves as the Principal of Christ Church Boys’ Senior Secondary School Jabalpur, one of the eminent schools of the C.N.I. A member of the Steering Committee, Luvy has con-tributed to the development of the Strategic Plan for the Diocese of Jabalpur C.N.I and has attended many work-shops. Being an active member of the Christ Church Cathedral Jabalpur, she has held the position of Secretary of the Pastorate Committee and the Women’s Fellowship. She is currently focusing on learning and its outcome, and studying on the importance of skill-based education.
Julius has a strong bond with Zimbabwe Partners and is always available to support in whatever form. Francis holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Development Stud-ies (Midlands State University); a Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management and Administration (Bindura Uni-versity); and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the Pontificia Universitas Antonianum and Bachelors of Art Degree in Divinity. Francis has more than 10 years experience working in the humanitarian sector, pos-sesses various skills in the area of project proposal writing, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, leadership development, entrepreneurship, sustainable livelihood initiatives among others. His current work in-volves working with youth through various sustainable initiatives.
Alminda works for the Zimbabwe YMCA as a Harare branch coordinator and as a Youth officer. Alminda has gained experience in community development and office administration, representing Zimbabwe YMCA both at regional and international platforms. Alminda has attained a certificate in strategic foresight and scenario plan-ning and has an honours degree in Philosophy, an Executive certificate in Senior Management Development Pro-gram and a certificate in Project Management.
Gcinekile Masiye is the current National General Secretary of Zimbabwe YMCA , he holds a Bcom Honours de-gree in Accounting and Masters in a accounting he is currently studying ftowards Master of Arts in Development studies He joined the YMCA as a member and has served in various board positions He has been with the YMCA for the past 16 years and he assumed the position of NGS in 2020 . He is passionate about youth empowerment and making sure that the young people are in the drivers seat and are the agents of change
Tariro Washaya-Mpofu, MeDRA’s Programs Manager, is a Development Specialist with 15 years’ experience in development and humanitarian work. Tariro is a holder of BA English and Communication Studies, Msc Devel-opment Studies, Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation and studying Program Management. Tariro possesses demonstrable experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, organizational learning & develop-ment, communication and visibility and resource mobilization. Elliot Vengesa was born in Masvingo District in Zimbabwe. Elliot’s qualifications include a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science Degree in Peace Leadership and Conflict Resolution. Currently Elliot is pursuing a PhD in peacebuilding with Durban University of Technology. Elliot is married and has three children. He is the Chief Executive Officer of CGCDZ.
Nyararai. C. Mudadi is a holder of a Master degree in Peace Leadership and Governance with the Africa Universi-ty. He is currently studying DPhil with the Zimbabwe Open University. He is very passionate about ascendancy of women leadership and economic empowerment. He thrives for equality and equity in opportunities between women and men, and an egalitarian society where women human rights are respected and upheld. He is the cur-rent Operations manager for CGCDZ.
Caven Joseph Mugande is married with three boys. Caven is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Acting Programmes Manager of Zubo Trust. . Caven has project skills on community training, natural resource man-agement and project monitoring, and has developed strategies and worked closely with all Women Ward Forums members, Village Savings and lending groups.
Paul Kanye is a teacher by profession. Paul initially joined the Delta Corporation Group as a Brewery Quality Controller and Laboratory Technician for 3 years, before moving on to an Education Institution. Paul worked as a Volunteer Youth Coordinator for Matabeleland Region, specialising in Psychosocial Development for HIV or-phans. In 2008 Paul joined HEFO where he is currently managing Programmes in Nkayi, Matabeleland North in Zimbabwe.

Pascal Manyakaidze is the Founder and Executive Director of LID Agency (formerly Shurugwi Partners), a private voluntary organization whose vision is that of “Resilient Communities Free from Poverty”. Pascal grew his aca-demic experience and interests around building the resilience of communities at risk from socio-economic and environmental changes. Pascal believes in a world where everyone can make a meaningful contribution towards ending inequalities and suffering.
Takunda Mark Mvuwu is a programmes manager with LID Agency, with more than 7 years experience in commu-nity development, resilience building, agroecology and humanitarian and emergency response. Having attained education to the level of Honors in Development Studies and Masters in Disaster Management, Takunda is committed to building resilience of communities and achieving development for marginalized communities. Takunda has had more than 3 years in a management role, and has attained experience in project planning, de-signing and implementation.

Working with (EAGLES) as Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation Manager, Trywell is an M&E Specialist with over 14 years’ experience in designing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation system, digital research surveys using KoboCollect, data collection tools and the development of project database using Excel. Trywell is an expert in data analysis and graphical presentation of results and a trainer of trainers and facilitator of Commu-nity Score Card as a feedback tool.
Hazel Manda is the Executive Director for Adolescent Girls Literacy Plus.
Wilson is an experienced and versatile youth development worker with strong planning, analytical skills and abil-ity to develop and manage programmes. Throughout his career, Wilson has worked with young people and un-derstands issues that affect their rights to growth and development, and participation in social development pro-cesses. Wilson is familiar with matters about functional literacy, reproductive health, livelihoods and human rights among adolescents. Wilson is keen to ensure that adolescents and youth are empowered to meaningfully participate in their own and national development.
Gizex graduated from the University of Malawi – Chancellor College, and has 17 years’ experience in NGO management. Gizex has vast experience and skills in project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation, as well as diverse experience on the use of participatory tools for development.
Paul has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Malawi- Bunda College of Agriculture. Paul has 14 years of experience as Projects Coordinator with World Vision. Paul has been working with FACE for 8 years and has skills and experience in Monitoring & Evaluation Transformational development indicators and field operations. Paul also holds certificates in community diagnosis, community disaster risk management and recovery, environmental audit and social behaviour change communication.

He holds a Master of Science in Counselling studies (Edinburgh University, Scotland UK,) and Bachelors degree in Education from Uganda Christian University Mukono. He is an ardent community development person, with experience of managing development programmes for over 10 years. He is grounded in rights based approaches and bottom up approaches to programming and development. He is focused on making a contribution towards the transformation and improvement of livelihoods of the marginalised and the very poor.

Doreen Mwesigye is Ugandan and married with 3 sons. Doreen Mwesigye has more than 20 years’ experience of development related work among community based and national level organizations.. In the last 12 years, Doreen Mwesigye has focused on organisation development as a practice and discipline, supporting organisa-tions to become more effective. Doreen Mwesigye is an Associate Consultant of EASUN Centre for Organiza-tional Learning and freelance consultant. Doreen Mwesigye is passionate about facilitating transformational lead-ership development and enabling people to take responsibility for, and own their development.
Sarah Namugolo works as the Executive Director of Concern For COFCAWE. Sarah has a degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University of Kampala. Sarah’s passion is to see girls achieving their highest potential and young mothers empowered to fulfil their dreams. Sarah has vast experience in working with rural communities to empower them for their improved wellbeing.

Najjiba is a Development Practitioner, Researcher, NGO Manager and a social change activist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology , and is currently finalising a Masters of Research and Public Policy. Najjiba holds Certificate awards in Facilitating Organizational Learning and Development, and in Project Planning and Management.. Najjiba has specialized in Policy advocacy on issues of Sustainable and inclusive Transport and Governance and has over 8 years of experience in Coordinating and Managing Projects including the promotion of social equity, advocacy for good governance, democracy and sustainable transport.
Joy is married and has 3 children and an adopted daughter. Joy is a development practitioner and project specialist, who believes in the birth of Lord Jesus Christ. Joy is very passionate about the less fortunate, particularly the youth. This drives her to support and mentor young people.
Silas is Ugandan, from Ngalwe Central Village, Ngalwe Parish, Olok Sub-county, Pallisa District in Eastern Region. Silas is married and is a Christian. Silas loves fellowshipping and watching football.

Lantonirina has been the General Secretary of the Africa Alliance of YMCAs since 2019. Lantonirina has been working for the YMCA for 20 years, starting in Madagascar. Lantonirina has worked in the private sector, includ-ingthe tourism industry, after management studies at University. Lantonirina also served as a YMCA volunteer and was appointed as the NGS of Madagascar YMCA (2002 – 2019). Lantonirina is also an ordained Church Min-ister, from the Reformed Church in Madagascar (FJKM), after 5 years theology studies at the Faculty of Theolo-gy/ University Ravelojaona, oriented on missiology.
BishopGalbraith is Jamaican by birth and Guyanese by naturalization. He is married to Sherraine, and they have two children. Bishop Everald has served as Youth Evangelist and Lay Pastor in the Methodist Church in Ireland and has been a Methodist minister since 1986. Bishop Everald has worked in Guyana, USA, and Jamaica. Bishop Galbraith has served as President ofGuyana Council of Churches, Jamaica Council of Churches and Chairman of the Jamaica Umbrella Groups of Churches. He has also served as Secretary and President of the Jamaica Method-ist District and is currently the Connexional President of the MCCA.

Rev’d Dougald Wilfred Beconfield Alexander is a Methodist Minister, and married with two children.. He has been Minister for over forty years, held various Offices in the Churchand has been a member of and chaired at various administrative Boards. Rev’d Freddie has taught Sociology, Psychology and Caribbean Studies at Com-munity College and High School levels. He studied at the University of West Indies and the United Theological College of the West Indies, both situated at Mona Jamaica. He graduated from the former with BA Theology and minor in Sociology; from the latter with Diploma in Ministerial Studies.
Benedict is a Liberian from West Africa, and the only male child of ten. Benedict has been a social worker for over twenty years and has had the opportunity to work with both local organisations and international organisa-tions. Benedict is a trainer, manager, researcher, a child rights professional and an early childhood development specialist. He plays basketball and volleyball and a little soccer. Benedicy is friendly, can easily blend with any-one at any time, andloves adventure and trying new things.

B. Abel Learwellie has over twenty (22) years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector. His broad ex-perience as an educator, administrator, and expert in community development, conflict resolution, and trauma mastery positions him as a national and international asset. His contributions to education, research methodolo-gy, and project implementation, including monitoring and evaluation, have built local and global capacities and sustainability that are contextually relevant as well as adaptable for the implementation of any development pro-ject.
Clarence G. Zowah currently works as Finance/Administrator of Camp for Peace Liberia. Clarence previously served as Program officer for more than four years before becoming Finance officer/Administrator. As a Program Officer, Clarence closely worked with war affected youths in many communities around Liberia, to transform them to becoming better citizens. Clarence holds a BBA in Business Administration and also served as a Youth worker in the Lutheran Church in Liberia for many years.

Vonyee is a mother of four children , and enjoys caring for her family and community through creative spaces.”
Jerry G. C. Paye is the Program Director of the YMCA of Liberia, with over 12 years of experience working with civil society organizations, slum dwellers association, youth and youth institutions, as well as supporting other program development initiatives. In order to ensure delivery of participatory and sustainable service delivery, Jer-ry supervises managers and informs management of the performance and progress of the YMCA ongoing pro-grams and leads research, planning, and implementing of organization’s programs. He also initiates goals based on strategic objectives and allocates resources necessary to achieve those plans from start to finish including identi-fying processes, deadlines etc. Essential to his work, he ensures quality-of-service delivery including partnership and networking at the YMCA. Jerry has an MPA in Public Administration and BSC in Sociology. The YMCA of Liberia as an ecumenical movement supports individuals and institutions that are committed to fostering devel-opment among themselves and their communities.
Timotheus is the National General Secretary (NGS) / Executive Director of the YMCA of Liberia. Timotheus is a young visionary leader, committed to achieving societal transformation through community development with over 20 years experience with the YMCA in Liberia, initially serving as a young volunteer after high school. Timotheus has served as Information Officer, Coordinator of the Peace & Civic Education Program, Project Manager for the EU-funded Youth Livelihood and Governance Project and Development Secretary/Deputy National Director, and as Young Professional at the YMCA International Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.
“Jeremiah is the founder and Executive Director of SHIFSD Liberia, Inc. The humanitarian organization was found-ed in the Buduburam Refugee Camp located in the Central Region of Ghana where Jeremiah stayed almost a dec-ade. Jeremiah holds a BSc. Degree in Economics from the University of Liberia, amongst others. His mission is to live a life destined to help enough people get what they really want; discover and express their God given talents in service to humanity. Jeremiah is married, and also a loving father of three children.”
Daniel is a founder and Executive Director of ERDI. He is a prospective graduate of the Cuttington University Graduate School in Liberia Mastering Higher Education. Daniel is a trained youth grassroot organizations capacity builder, with a proven record of transforming 7 local organizations that are all national organizations in Liberia today. Daniel loves seeing women and youth actualizing their full potential. This is why ERDI’s primary focus is women and youth who are the most vulnerable in our society. Daniel is a family man with 4 children.
Lorma is a human rights and peace building strategist and analyst with strong and lengthy expertise in inter-communal peace building, Civil Society coalition building, leadership and community organizing. Lorma is skilled in mediation, dialogue, reconciliation and conflict analysis and prevention with over two decades of experience designing and leading the implementation of human rights, peace building and conflict transformation programs . Lorma holds a Master of Arts Degree in Peace Building and Conflict Transformation from the School for Interna-tional Training; (SIT) Graduate Institute, United States of America.
“Jerry was born in Maryland County, in Southeast Liberia. He trained as a security guard after high school. Jerry studied Accounting and Management at the African Methodist Episcopal University in Monrovia and earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Supervision and Administration. Jerry has worked as a social worker, providing support to the disadvantaged and vulnerable young people across many communities in Liberia. Jerry loves football and Arsenal and loves music.”

Christian is the National General Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of the YMCA in Sierra Leone and Zonal Fa-cilitator for West African YMCAs; working on several initiatives, including the National Youth Farm, popularizing the National Youth Policyand the National Youth Coalition and supports the Civil Rights Coalition advocating for youth participation in governance. He has served as the immediate Past President of the Rotary Club of Free-town while also serving as District Secretary covering 10 countries. He currently also serves on several boards and holds a BSc(Hons) & MSc in Development Studies and an MBA for Executives from the University of Sierra Leone.
Rev. Mark Komba Ngobeh was born in a small village in the Eastern part of Sierra Leone, in the Kono district. He applied for the ministry, and he was accepted in 1984. After his completion in 1987 he was sent into a circuit and was ordained in 1992. He has served in many circuits as Circuit Minister, Superintendent, Chairman of District and now the Head of the Mission.
Nivedita was a professor for 22 years in a Jesuit Management college in India. She has taken up several research studies on sustainable development displacement and rehabilitation, governance and CSR. Nivedita developed an innovative course on “Gender at Workplaces ” which was nominated for national award. She is passionate about the issue of child labour, having worked with the Government of India, US Department of Labour and ILO Gene-va. Nivedita is a trainer by profession, and has numerous papers published nationally and internationally. She is a voracious reader who loves to write.
Rosemary is a gender and social development specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in rural develop-ment. Rosemary holds an MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, Sussex University, UK and a BSc (Hons) Sociology and Gender Development Studies from Women University in Africa, Zimbabwe. She is the Founder and Executive Director for Zubo Trust:a woman driven organisation aimed at em-powering rural women and children in the Zambezi Valley of Zimbabwe. Rosemary’s ‘dream’ and passion has been to ‘plough’ back to the community that contributed to what she is today.
Melton Luhanga is the current Executive Director of CARD in Malawi. Trained as an agriculturalist, Melton was awarded a Masters Degree in Rural Social Development at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom in 1999. Melton works with underprivileged groups of people to ensure they also enjoy their God-given dignity. He loves to be with different people and diverse cultures.
